Medication Administration Classes

With this course, you will gain hands-on experience and comprehensive training on the safe administration of various types of medications.

Upon successful completion of the course, you'll receive a certificate issued by the DODD.

Introducing our Certification 2 G/J Tube Medication & Feeding Formula Administration Course, designed for DD Personnel seeking to acquire the knowledge and skills to administer medication and feeding formulas through gastrostomy and jejunostomy tubes. 

This comprehensive course provides in-depth training on safe and effective techniques while caring for individuals with a G/J tube.

Our expert instructors are highly experienced healthcare professionals with years of experience in the field.

This course is designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills required to safely administer injectable diabetes medication.

You'll learn how to administer injections, manage blood sugars, and understand the legal and ethical considerations of diabetes medication administration. 

We are dedicated to providing high-quality practical hands-on training that equips our students with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in the care of individuals. 

Participants enroll in this course to renew the certification 1 credential. The course is taught virtually. The educational information is entered into the MAIS system upon participant completion of the course. 

DD Personnel must also complete an annual skills observation for complete renewal of the credential.

CERTIFICATION 1 SKILLS SESSION:                  $15

Upon completion of the skills session, the participant's credential is completely renewed in the MAIS system. 

Participants enroll in this course to renew the certification 2 credential.  The course is taught virtually. The educational information is entered into the MAIS system upon participant completion of the course.

 DD Personnel  must also complete an annual skills observation for complete renewal of the credential.

Upon completion of the skills session, the participant's credential is completely renewed in the MAIS system.

 The Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED course is designed to prepare students to provide first aid and CPR  and to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) in a safe, timely, and effective manner; training to give them a broad base of lifesaving skills; and a credential for their job or other requirements.  

Heartsaver® First Aid CPR AED is the ideal course for:

• babysitters and child-care workers
• teachers and school staff
• anyone who needs a credential in first aid & CPR for work or school

The Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED course teaches students to respond to and manage illnesses and injuries in a child or an infant in the first few minutes until professional help arrives.

Anyone involved in child care who has a duty to respond to children's health emergencies or who requires a pediatric first aid CPR AED credential for work or other requirements.

Heartsaver® Pediatric First Aid CPR AED is the ideal course for:

• foster-care worers

 HeartCode BLS is the AHA’s BLS blended learning delivery method.  Complete the online portion + hands-on skills session with an AHA Instructor at Benevolent Care. 

The AHA’s BLS Course is designed for healthcare professionals and other personnel who need to know how to perform CPR and other basic cardiovascular life support skills in a wide variety of in-facility and prehospital settings. 

Heartcode BLS is the ideal course for:

prehospital providers, like EMTs, paramedics, & in-facility providers.
